Benjamin’s leadership experience spans North America, across creative, entertainment, and media companies—including McCann, Taxi, TBWA\Chiat\Day, JWT, WP Narrative, and MediaCom.
In 2018, he joined MediaCom (now EssenceMediacom, the largest media agency network in the world) with a fundamental belief: audiences don’t distinguish between media and creative—and neither should agencies. By reshaping the creative model and fully integrating media with entertainment and sports partnerships, content, creative, and social/influencer teams, he drove a new way of working: when you change how you work, you change what you make.
Under his leadership, the agency earned numerous industry honors, including Cannes Lions, was twice recognized by WARC as the world’s most creative media agency, and named Adweek’s Global Media Agency of the Year in back-to-back years.
In 2025, Benjamin saw the opportunity to bring this integrated approach directly to clients—delivering the same caliber of thinking and talent, but without the layers of big-agency bureaucracy.
